As our Operations Manager, you’ll take the reins of our the Plan Management function, leading a strong team, optimising processes, and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and participant satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
Take your deep Plan Management knowledge to the next level—optimise workflows, drive compliance, and scale operations
Oversee financial processes, from invoice approvals to fund disbursements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Lead and mentor a growing team, helping them develop and deliver best-in-class service
Enhance provider and participant relationships, ensuring positive outcomes and retention
Leverage technology and innovation to streamline service delivery
Develop strategic initiatives to grow APM’s market presence and improve service quality

Who We’re Looking For
Plan Management Pro – You’ve run your own PM business or managed Plan Management in an NDIS organisation
Leadership Experience – At least 2 years of management experience, overseeing teams and driving results
Financial Acumen – Strong bookkeeping skills (Cert IV minimum), with a keen eye for financial controls
Tech-Savvy & Process-Driven – Comfortable with MS Office, MYOB, and 3G software (advantageous)
Problem-Solver & Innovator – Can identify challenges and drive efficient, scalable solutions
Stakeholder Management – Strong relationship-building skills with participants, providers, and industry partners
Compliance Champion – Deep understanding of NDIS financial regulations and risk management
