About this opportunity:
The purpose of the Case Manager position is to provide exemplary leadership, ensure the provision of high-quality services, and deliver exceptional client care.

This position will be offered as a fixed-term contract for 6 months with a possible extension or conversion to a permanent position (we are always growing!).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of local disability support programs and manage their day-to-day operations.
  • Provide leadership in planning, implementation, and maintenance to ensure successful service provision.
  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring accountability for program outcomes and managing the performance and outputs of team members.
  • Ensure programs are compliant with relevant funding guidelines, legislative requirements, and organisational policies.
  • Efficiently manage financial, human, and operational resources to maintain program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Take a proactive approach to recruitment, rostering, and staffing sustainability, including conducting weekly recruitment sessions and engaging new team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in disability services management, including program oversight and staff supervision.
  • Qualification/s in Disability or Community Services will be highly regarded
  • Thorough understanding of the human services sector with an in-depth knowledge of NDIS, industry standards, quality frameworks and legislative requirements
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team along with manage conflicts and complaints.
  • Understanding of rostering requirements and best practice to ensure appropriate staffing and resourcing to meet service needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
