From The CEO's Desk
Season’s Greetings to All,
As we approach the end of 2020 and I reflect on the year passed with record-breaking bushfires on the east coast, a devastating pandemic, and a worldwide movement for racial equality; not to mention the Us election, 2020 has been one of the most eventful years in recent history. Yet SCSS continued to work through 2020 and achieve many great outcomes for our Clients. I am extremely proud of the way staff have adjusted to COVID 19 and continue to put our Clients first, all through a remarkable and momentous year.
Please be assured the Directors and I acknowledge and sincerely appreciate the extra hours many of you have worked and the extra shifts staff continue to pick up through a nationwide sector staff shortage. Without this dedication many of our Clients would go uncared for.
Since our beginnings almost ten years ago, SCSS has taken pride in providing the best possible care and support to our clients and with growth has come the need to implement a new Rostering and Client Management System for our service delivery operations to better support our staff.
We have spent considerable time investigating and assessing the possibilities and impact of different software solutions across multiple processes, tasks and compliance requirements. After completing rigorous checks and tests, Visual Care has proven to be one of the most progressive and complete applications in the industry and has provided the best alignment to our standards, supporting the reason why it was chosen to become part of our daily processes.
A booklet will be launched next week for all staff that will provide you some guidance and information about the deployment stages and how Visual Care will improve your work and allow more time with your Clients.
I thank you for being part of this Southern Cross journey and I wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, stay safe, enjoy family and friends and be kind to each other.
Take a look at what Visual Care has to offer in these 2 videos we have uploaded for your curiosity: Visual Care Video 1 & Visual Care video 2
